The CD7 is a light-weight, compact and easy-to-use evacuation chair. The open sides of the CD7 is designed for people with limited mobility to transfer from their wheelchair to the CD7 without assistance. Once positioned in the CD7, velcro straps are wrapped securely around the passenger's torso and lower legs. The passenger is then wheeled to the stairway for descent.
