Differences in height can pose a big problem, sometimes it’s difficult to get close enough to ensure smooth, gentle, transfers for patients and staff. The RollerSlide Flexi ensures a very gentle transfer for patients who are injured or very sensitive to pain, allowing patients to be transferred from ambulance stretchers or other uneven surfaces.
The RollerSlide comes in two lengths, one covers the entire body the other covers the trunk. Both have a padded sliding board with a cover made from ultra low friction material that slides round the board during transfer and reduces friction under patients. The outer cover is replaceable and can easily be cleaned.
